Human Resources Department was established to support the mission of the University by providing the human capital that can achieve the advantage of global leadership. Upon recruitment, the human capital is scrupulously selected, and then prepared, rehabilitated and trained in order to become more effective and recognizable - with the ultimate goal of providing the best level of performance. The Department also sought to lay down a valid assessment system for the employee's performance so that the strengths and weaknesses of the employee's performance can be determined, and accordingly assessed objectively by his/her direct manager.

The optimal planning of manpower is one of the most fundamental pillars for the development of human capital's capacities; this can be attained through a sound organizational structure that is built on scientific basis and capable of achieving the University's objectives. Furthermore, the Department seeks to strengthen the relationship between the HR employee and his/her fellow employees of the University, therefore, such relationship is based on mutual respect, transparency and credibility in the workplace through the compliance with the laws and regulations.

The Human Resources Department has devoted its time and effort to provide a range of advanced electronic services, allowing employees to access the services easily and save time and effort to the optimum.
