Overview
The Bureau Section serves as liaison point between the Department and all other units of the University; it administers and reviews both internal and external correspondence. The mail incoming to the Department from various bodies inside and outside the University is received and forwarded to the Department Director, and then circulated to the concerned departments. Also, correspondence sent by the Department are followed up and duly circulated to various bodies inside and outside the University. Furthermore, this Section follows up with the attendance of the Department's staff, and distributes the trainees dispatched by various agencies to the University's units. The Bureau Section employees use advanced electronic systems and programs for the archiving of documents in a manner that facilitate the reference and reporting procedures.
